My Culinary Powers Grow
So I've been watching the burrito guys make my burritos, and tonight I decided to try on my own. The results: Pretty good. Placing the entire burrtito on the stove and grilling it until the tortilla is light brown really makes a difference.
I picked up that trick watching the pros.

Hope the big burrito experiment went well. :)
No offense, but... how hard is it to make a burrito? I guess if you're making all the individual components (meat, rice, beans) and shredding the cheese and everything, it's an undertaking.
haha. "Making a burrito" is easy.
"Making a burrito of acceptable quality" is actually quite hard. I'm very discriminating.
I see. I should have known you had exacting burrito standards. For me, I think the grilled tortilla can make up for a lot.
The grilled tortilla is key... it's also something I hadn't tried before Thursday (usually I don't try to play with the stove... I start fires)
